Below are just a sampling of my instructional design and development projects. I have developed wb based instruction (WBI) in both Blackboard and Moodle Learning Management Systems, computer-based instruction (CBI) in Adobe Captivate and Articulate Storyline, and instructor-led training (ITL) that were delivered by myself and others in the classroom. As part of many of these projects, I completed a full need analysis, created design documents, developed a prototype and final materials, delivered instruction online or in person, and conducted evaluations that were used to refine the content and/or delivery. ​
